Ballet Class

Ballet is a specific classical form of dancing characterized by grace and precision of movement and by elaborate formal gestures, steps, and poses. Imagine your legs rotated, from your hips to the tips of your toes, heels touching, to form an angle of 180 degrees. Every muscle, from the waist down, is contracted. Your shoulders press down on your spine and your head is held high on an elongated neck while gently curved arms flow down to precisely positioned fingers.

Dress Code for Ballet Class:
Pink Ballet Shoes, Black Leotard, Pink Tights and hair in a ballet bun.  (Optional – Ballet skirts or leggings)
